The 4Ds
The 4Ds is a four step client engagement process that ensures that ICEwaretm and the ICEware implementation team deliver results. The entire process takes less than 7 business days and ensures that your project is done on time, within budget, functions as designed and delivers the best results.
DISCOVER
- Work with our Clients to identify their business needs
- Identify legacy data issues
- Discuss third party integration
- Outline security, client access and user rights
DESIGN
- Based on Discovery findings ICeware will design data flow diagrams that outline how your custom system will function and more importantly how the individual modules will function
- ICEware will also design client access and portal access for our clients which includes encrypted access to information and strategic access for your clients
- Ad-Hoc Reports are designed both for you and for your clients
DEVELOP
- After the design document is signed the ICEware team will activate your ICEware system, train your staff in ICEware University, create online notifications and begin to test the data base schemes to ensure that your system works exactly the way you want
DEPLOY
- As soon as the Development phase is signed off on the site is deployed to you, your employees and where requested your clients
- Your ICEware site is launched and handed off to ICEware's customer service and ICEware University team
