The ICEware System allows a Collection Manager the ability to manage every aspect of a of collector's activity.  The Management System is where the true value of the ICEware^tm system comes into play. The ICEware^tm Management System gives the ICEware administration the ability to decide how the system will function, what items will be available and what vendors will be used with the system.
Within this module a user can:
--Outline commission ramps and bonus structure for employees and managers
--Decide which Credit Bureau Reports the system will use
--Update and maintain statute of limitations criteria. This is key because as states change their laws it is crucial that the system is updated

--Manage interest rates on accounts by client, portfolio, or all the way down to the account level
--Activate and de-activate acceptable payment types 
--Manage check and credit card "timeouts" as a means of mitigating bad payments
--Rank the relative importance of components of a debt to determine where payments are allocated
--Manage bounce or decline fees by state to maximize recovery of bank fees
