ICEware^tm gives collection companies the ability to monitor and manage every aspect of the debtor lifecycle. The Debtor system at a glance give collectors an immediate overview of debtor information, payments made, bounced checks and declined credit or debit cards, credit report status, letters sent, notes, promises, dispositions, media requests, and attached documents among other things.
