The Legal Forward Flow module allows agencies to quickly and effectively suggest, approve and send debtor information to attorneys.  First, a "super-query" is run based on parameters set by management to determine the appropriate accounts to be sent to an attorney or attorney network (for more information on the super-query see the "outsource management" link). Then The  ICEware^tm system creates a .CSV file that can be easily sent to the attorney or network for uploading into their system. For those who demand greater control over accounts in forward flow, attorneys can be granted access to an ICEware Client's system, allowing management to view actions taken on accounts on a daily, or even hourly basis.
