The ICEware Outsource Management Module allows user to quickly and efficiently manage all of their outsource processes.  The system allows a "super-query" to be run which will pull a list of accounts based on parameters entered by management.  Parameters include queue, advisor, state, client, portfolio, disposition codes, charge off, call or receive date, time zone, letters that have been sent, payments, promises, and available phone numbers among others.  The Outsource Management Module also allows a user to manage their outsource partners, export accounts to be worked, review outsource files that have been approved or declined, reverse outsources and upload post dates.
