ICEware's Solution:
The ICON to the right represents the ICEware Hosted Topology. This topology is browser based, secure and stateless. Browser based means that it will work anywhere, it is secured through a simple SSL connection and the fact that it is stateless means that once a user requests the information from the collection system a persistent or consistent connection to the database isn't required. The best thing about this type of technology design is that it uses limited bandwidth, requiring only about 8-10k of your bandwidth at most and only requests information from the collection server when it needs it. This means that a single T-1 can handle over 100 simultaneous users with no degradation of throughput. The user experience is consistent and whether the collector or collection company is in California, New York, Moscow or India the experience is the same. ICEware's Solution:
